Shipping & Returns

Shipping / US only:

Shipping is free for orders over $35. A flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 for orders less than $35.

We ship via USPS.  Your order will be packed & shipped within 48 hours. You can expect delivery in 2-5 business days after ship date.

******YES, we will ship directly to gift recipient. Orders going to multiple address must be purchased separately. If you are shipping a gift, please check that billing address is yours & shipping address is the gift recipient’s. I can enclose a card. Message me.

***At this time we do not ship outside of the US.***

Returns:

Due to the personal nature of our products, there are no returns unless you receive products damaged in shipment or there was an error with your order.  

***If there is an error with your order, contact us. We’ll make it right!***

Policy for lost, damaged, or stolen USPS packages:

 ***If your item is damaged on delivery or appears to have been opened/tampered with, immediately document with photos. Do not send the package back to us. Call your local postmaster first! Then contact us concerning damage or loss by USPS.

***Issues such as entering the wrong address for delivery, or entering an undeliverable address, are completely out of our hands. We will ship to the address that you provide for us, so please make sure your address is correct. If you have provided us with an incorrect address & the package is returned, you will be charged full USPS cost to re-ship the package to the correct address.
